This pair makes me think of gardening. And gambling old men.... But that's because I was listening to "The Old Curiosity Shop" while I painted them. It's how I kill two birds with one stone. Listen to a book I've wanted to read since forever, and paint shoes.
Nice, simple backs. Nothing fancy.
They also make me think of frogs (Or do I mean toads?) and worms. I hate digging through the dirt and grabbing something cold, slimy and unexpected.
