This post shall be dedicated to a pair of custom made Tigger shoes I designed specifically for Haylie, who saw my blog and wanted a pair of hand-painted shoes especially for herself.
Here are some photos showing off the early process of the painting. I can't get anywhere without first sketching a rough draft down.
In the snapshot above, I have begun the process of inking the design.
Viola, some color is underway.
Tigger says, "One thumb up way, way high!"
Tadah! Here they are in all their completeness.
All finished, and ready for Haylie!
Oh, and now I shall expound on the butterflies. Haylie's nickname is "Butterfly." So we incorporated them into the design for a personal touch, and at the same time tried to keep them like the Winnie the Pooh butterflies.
