Wal-lah! Rather then paint on a shoe, this time I painted the shoe on. I am tricksy like that. When this painting began it was intended to be something along the lines of minimalist style. But like most of my work it ended up being completely different and rather more cartoonish then the painting I imagined beforehand. Such is life.
P.S. I didn't even realize "tricksy" was a word until I typed it out. I was cringing in preparation for that horrid line of red dots that always make fun of my spelling and such. But tis a word! It does have a weird feel to it though... Every time I see it the first thought that pops into my head is "tricksy hobbitses." Thanks Gollum. Then I want to clear my throat. Yeah, that word might not be something I will be using out loud very often.
